INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM

For OMPP/WOFP, issues related to infrastructure, in all its spheres, is essential, as communities and their roads are stretching to the edge of rapidly growing cities and towns and as concerns arise about the level and physical condition of public works in the oldest and slowest-growing central cities, the primary objective of the organization is to promote and collaborate in the construction of more efficient and safe roads, buildings and connections.

Objetivos:

1.- DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES:

The development of strategies within the implementation of programs and projects related to infrastructure issues are of the utmost importance to generate the adequate conditions to produce quality products, this being the main starting tool of this department that integrates the OMPP/WOFP.

2.- CREATION OF SUSTAINABLE LOCATIONS:

Promoting by all possible means tools that provide effective information within the field of creating cities that help care for the environment, fully functional and with all the necessary services to live in a dignified manner.

3.- PROMOTION OF LOCATIONS WITH HUMANITARIAN PURPOSES:

Implementing effective strategies that manage to establish agreements and pacts with various business sectors of the country specialized in various matters to help the population that needs it most.

4.- PEACEFUL CITIES:

Establishing foundations for the creation of peaceful societies, having as its main mission the increase of public awareness in relation to the elements that affect peace and respect and care for their cities.

Stages:

1.- IDENTIFICATION:

After conducting a study to locate areas with higher levels of marginalization, the points with the greatest degree of needs will be selected, analyzing the main points of support, and consequently developing programs with specific objectives and scopes.

2.- PLANNING:

According to the established program, the OMPP/WOFP will initiate fieldwork in the beneficiary community in collaboration with local authorities, public and private sector institutions, the general civil society, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with whom strategic alliances are maintained. Depending on the program’s needs, a committee of volunteer members will be assembled to support and ensure adherence to the established deadlines and objectives.

3.- PRIORITIZATION:

During the program initiation, a monitoring process will be conducted to track the previously assigned activities, as well as the human and financial resources, and ensure the complete fulfillment of the project’s specific objectives to meet the established deadlines.

4.- PREPARATION:

Once the main objective of the program is achieved, a final evaluation will be conducted using all the collected data, allowing for a proper measurement of the impact on the community, the efficiency of the process, and the establishment of corrective actions. Additionally, a knowledge base and indicators will be recorded to aid in the creation of future programs.
