After conducting a study to locate areas with higher levels of marginalization, the points with the greatest degree of needs will be selected, analyzing the main points of support, and consequently developing programs with specific objectives and scopes.
According to the established program, the OMPP/WOFP will initiate fieldwork in the beneficiary community in collaboration with local authorities, public and private sector institutions, the general civil society, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with whom strategic alliances are maintained. Depending on the program’s needs, a committee of volunteer members will be assembled to support and ensure adherence to the established deadlines and objectives.
During the program initiation, a monitoring process will be conducted to track the previously assigned activities, as well as the human and financial resources, and ensure the complete fulfillment of the project’s specific objectives to meet the established deadlines.
Once the main objective of the program is achieved, a final evaluation will be conducted using all the collected data, allowing for a proper measurement of the impact on the community, the efficiency of the process, and the establishment of corrective actions. Additionally, a knowledge base and indicators will be recorded to aid in the creation of future programs.
