STAGES
1.- IDENTIFICATION
Based on the results obtained from reviewing environmental impact indexes, communities with higher degrees of environmental damage will be selected, analyzing their main needs and creating and developing projects for their benefit.
2.-PLANNING TASK ASSIGNMENT
According to the established program, all WOFP areas will begin fieldwork in the beneficiary community, in collaboration with local authorities, public and private sector institutions, civil society, and Civil Society Organizations with strategic alliances. A committee of volunteer members will be formed to support and ensure the established deadlines and objectives are met.
3.- PRIORITIZATION
During the program’s initiation, the previously assigned activities will be monitored, as well as the human and financial resources, ensuring the total fulfillment of the project’s specific objectives to guarantee the established deadlines.
4.- PREPARATION
Once the main objective of the program is reached, a final evaluation will be created with all the recorded data, allowing for an adequate measurement of the community impact, process efficiency, and the establishment of corrective actions, in addition to recording a knowledge base and indicators that help create new programs.
