Helping to establish the foundations of peaceful societies, with the main mission of increasing public awareness regarding elements that affect peace.
STAGES
1.- IDENTIFICATION
After conducting a study to locate areas with the highest conflict indices, the population with the greatest degree of marginalization will be selected, analyzing their main needs, and thus developing programs with specific objectives and scopes.
2.- ASSIGNMENT OF PLANNING TASKS
According to the established program, all areas of OMPP/WOFP will begin fieldwork in the beneficiary community in collaboration with local authorities, public and private sector institutions, general civil society, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with whom strategic alliances are maintained. A committee of volunteer members will be gathered based on program needs to support and oversee timelines and established objectives.
3.-PRIORITIZATION
During the initiation of the program, monitoring of previously assigned activities, human and financial resources, and complete fulfillment of specific project objectives will be conducted to ensure established timelines.
4.- PREPARATION
Upon achieving the main objective of the program, a final evaluation will be conducted using all recorded data to measure the impact on the community, the efficiency of the process, and establish corrective actions. Additionally, a knowledge base and indicators will be recorded to aid in the creation of new programs
